What is a booking confirmation?

The confirmation of booking is a notification from the website. You will get an e-mail with all the details of your booking. In case of any changes in your booking details (dates, address etc) you will get a notification with updated details of your booking.

What do I need to do after I received a notification about my booking and uploaded requested documents?

You don't need to do anything. 1 day before a delivery date our manager will contact you in addition to confirm a location and time of delivery. Do I have to pay extra for helmets?

No, helmets are provided free of charge for the entire rental period (maximum 2 per motorbike).

Is it possible to change a helmet, if the one that has been provided is uncomfortable / too large / the clasp was broken?

Can you install a phone holder?

Unfortunately, at this moment this option is unavailable.

Can we order raincoats?

Yes, you can. Please choose this option when you make a booking on our website or or contact our support at least 24 hours before the start of the rental term. Raincoats can be provided for an additional fee - Rp. 10,000 per piece for the entire lease term.

Will you deliver a motorbike directly to a hotel or a villa where I stay?

We provide a full road support to our customers and help them with all our responsibility and loyality. We do delivery and pick up at your location with IDR 100K / Motorbike

What if I need delivery or return outside working hours of Balimotorent.com company (non-working hours)?

You have to return the motorbike on office hours (09.00 am - 06.00pm).
Rental rate are for 24 hours. The following day incase of extra hours, customer will be charge will be charge 100k / hours.

Can you deliver a motorbike outside the tourist zone?

Yes, we can, with additional  fee.
  • Ubud, Tabanan,  : IDR 200K
  • Klungkung, Singaraja, Karangasem, Jembrana : IDR 300k

Can I ride to another islands?

Yes, you can go outside the Bali island with a motorbike after a confirmation from Balimotorent.com company. Please contact our support at least 72 hours before your trip and provide next details:
- exact dates of the trip;
- the trip plan (expected route);
- an additional contact of the accompanying person.
Original documents for travel outside the Bali island are issued on deposit. The amount of the deposit is specified for each case by Balimotorent.com company.

Can I rent a motorbike if I don't have an open motorbike category in my driving license?

Yes, you can.

Do you provide an insurance against a motorbike theft?

Rental Not Include any insurance. Drive / ride by your own risk

Is it possible to pay in USD, EUR or any other foreign currencies?

No it isn't. We can accept only IDR (Indonesian rupiah) payments.

Do I need to pay in advance for a motorbike booking?

No, you don't need to make a prepayment. We will charge you after a success delivery and a signed agreement.

What should I do if I got into a road accident?

First of all please make sure you, your passenger or third parties have no serious injuries. Be calm and contact us, describe a current situation. If you need to solve the problems promptly we will help you to talk to the third parties and figure out your next steps. After we cared about your and third parties health and security please send us a photos of damages.

What if the bike or any of its’ parts are broken?

Please, contact our support, describe the situation and send the photo if necessary.
!!! It is strictly forbidden to repair the vehicle independently or in any service (including official) without the consent of Balimotorent.com company. The Balimotorent.com company will not pay for repairs carried out without agreement, and will charge the renter IDR 1.000k + the amount of damage incurred.

What should I do if a helmet has been stolen?

According to the terms of the rental agreement, in case of loss of the helmet, the lessee is obliged to pay the cost of a new helmet. To replace the helmet, contact our support.

What should I do if I lost a motorbike key or documents?

According to the terms of the rental agreement with Balimotorent.com, if the key is lost, the lessee is obliged to pay the equivalent of IDR 200k, in case of loss of the documents - the equivalent of IDR 2.000k

What should I do if police stopped me and want to take motorbike documents?

In order to solve the conflict situation with the police with the least losses, it is always better to contact our support team and let them talk to our representative.

Can I rent a motorbike for less than 5 days?

Yes, you can rent a motorbike minimal one day

Can I come to your office and choose a motorbike there?

Yes, you can come to office and choose motorbike there, but anyway we accept booking via website. So, we recommend to contact our support in advance and send request and upload documents to website before you coming to office. In the office it is possible to change your booking in case if you will change your mind.

Can I change my booking (dates, extras, etc) when a motorbike has been delivered?

It always depends on the motorbike availability and other circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss any changes.

Can I cancel my booking before a delivery date?

No, all payment not refund.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking after signing the agreement (cancellation fee)?

No you don't have refund.

Do I have to return a motorbike by myself at the Balimotorent.com office?

What should I do If I find that tire (front or rear) is flat?

  • You have to find some repair shop (press ban). For night time there is some emergency contacts with mobile services Phone: +62-878-4604-7400
  • What is the difference between flatten tire and broken tire?”
  • Flatten tire: You might be hit some nails or other sharp things on the road so it makes your tire flatten. The tire needed to repatch and refill the air. This expenses is on customer.
  • Broken tire: You will see no line mark in the tire and the tire should be ripped. The tire needed to be changed. This expenses will covered by Balimotorent.com

Is it possible to extend my booking after the expiration of the agreement?

The possibility of renewal depends on the confirmed bookings and availability of the units after the end of your rental period. Please note that the discount provided at the conclusion of the original booking does not apply to a possible extension.
